Welcome to Trinity33 a creative collection of artisan hand made jewellery, inspirational creative artworks and numerology creations.

All of our jewellery is made using the best available components and great care is taken to use good quality, hypoallergenic fittings where possible.

Every piece is lovingly created by us in the UK to the highest standards.

Accepted payment methods

Currently PayPal.  This is free for you to use and is linked to our website to make your transaction simple and quick.

Returns and exchanges

We are very keen for all our customers to be happy with their purchases from Trinity33, but in the event of something going wrong, here is some guidance as to how we will handle any issues.

Jewellery: Earrings: For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.  If you have any questions about your order before purchase that is not answered in the item description, please feel free to contact us via the Contact Us form on the website, we will be happy to help.

Necklaces and Bracelets:  For necklace and bracelet purchases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not happy with your purchase. Both necklaces and bracelets will need to be in a new, unworn condition, and sent back in the gift box they arrived in if you wish to return them.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once the necklace or bracelet is received unworn and in its original condition, we will credit the item price (excluding the cost of the original shipping). If you have any problems at all with your order, please contact us straight away and we will try and help.  

Artworks: We do not accept returns of artworks purchased online, as the handling of these items will render them unsaleable and unusable on their return.

Due to the imprecise nature of colour management Trinity33 cannot be held responsible for differences in tone, contrast, or any other aspect of an image supplied due to its appearance on a customer’s screen or monitor.

Please note our printed artworks will fade if positioned in direct sunlight over a period of time. If a premium print is required, please advise us at purchase. There will be an additional charge for this.

Numerology Reports: Because these are produced specifically for an individual, they are not returnable.  Please ensure that all the information and spellings which you provide to us to produce the report are accurate, as once the report has been completed, we cannot accept responsibility or exchange the report.

In the event of an item being damaged during transit, please provide visual proof of the issue and we will endeavour to do our best to help.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at time of purchase. We are not responsible for items 'lost' due to the buyer providing an incorrect address.


Estimated delivery times:

-- UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class and should arrive within a few days once shipped.
-- Orders from outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail International and typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive once shipped.

Each item will be carefully packaged in an attractive gift box.  The item will be shipped in a padded envelope or package for larger orders so that your item arrives in its original condition.

To add tracking (with an optional signature) for your items, please select the upgrade option at checkout. If you require expedited delivery, please send me a message via Etsy Conversations and I can arrange this for you at the corresponding additional cost.

Please note that for international shipments, payment of any customs fees or import taxes applied will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, as these are not reflected in my shipping costs

Lost items
Items are considered LOST if they have not arrived within 15 working days in the UK or 28 working days outside the UK. If you have not received your item after this time, please get in touch to either arrange a replacement or refund.

All of the items available on our website are produced at our workshop in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.
